Pretty straightforward here....simply a mating of some (reversed) H-D turn signal housings and the tail light assemblies...wanted to try this for a couple years, took this long to find the lights on Ebay.
Not going to try to explain how the two were mated, because each application is different,..relative to how you mount them.
These are wired to be additional (high) stop lights and turn signals.
